585 Cadet Fitness Challenge

As you may have heard our stand down has been extended to April 30th, 2020 during this time I challenge our Squadron to reach the moon.

The moon is 384,400 km away. So, to get there it will take a great deal of effort.

We just need to keep moving. With this challenge all cadets and family members can keep us moving up. Any activity that you do that is not sitting on the couch or chair will contribute to the distance we traveled to reach our goal.

Each participant will receive 5.85 km traveled distance per minute of activity that they participate in.

Below is a sample chart that will be used to measure our distance daily – To log your activity you will just need to send a text to Capt A. Cordy 613-812-8783 or email acordy161@hotmail.com or on this page: http://585aircadets.org/virtual-participation-reports/ Please include your name the type of activity and total minutes you have participated in this challenge.

Good luck and let’s keep moving!!
